New Starter – Mark Garbutt

TMD are pleased to welcome Mark Garbutt as a Senior Building Surveyor to their London team. Mark achieved his MRICS chartership in 2022 and is excited to embark on a new journey with TMD. He is looking forward to working on a variety of construction projects and providing building surveying services to TMD’s diverse clients.

Mark has extensive experience in the commercial sector, with a focus on acting as an Employer’s Agent for numerous small and large-scale CAT-A & CAT-B office refurbishments. He is following in the footsteps of his Grandad and Uncle, who were also surveyors and is eager to continue learning in the ever-evolving construction industry.
