As experienced project managers, TMD work with clients from a pre-contract stage, through to on-site monitoring and post-completion reviews. This can cover a wide variety of construction, refurbishment and fit out projects across various industries; from commercial to industrial, retail, hospitality and residential sectors.

With in-house architectural technicians, TMD are fortunate enough to be able to integrate this as part of a project. Combining this with detailed specification production, tendering to approved contractors, and undertaking administration of contracts, TMD can provide a full management service of projects from start to finish.

Contract Administration / Employer’s Agent

Working on projects that range from a few thousand pounds to in excess of £10M, across various different sectors, TMD are able to provide contract administration services and play an employer’s agent role for such projects ranging from a few thousand pounds to in excess of £10m across many different sectors.

Regardless of the size or value of project, the team have extensive experience in administering contracts with great attention to detail and care.

Project Monitoring

Our team’s vast experience means we are able to identify and address potential project issues thereby reducing a client’s exposure to risk and solving problems before they occur. Project monitoring allows TMD to maximise the potential of a project for our clients.

A key role in the delivery and success of each project, TMD can offer expert advice to investors, tenants and freeholder on anything from specification and statutory consents, to compliance, quality, cost and programming.

Cost Management

Our building consultancy team and chartered surveyors understand that effective cost management is crucial to the success and performance of a client’s property assets.

We often provide a cost management service in line with our project management and contract administrator/employer’s agent role. This allows us to provide a flexible approach ensuring we balance requirements between cost, quality and time.
