CDM Principal Designer

Our team of surveyors includes trained CDM consultants to advise clients and assist them in performing their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

A CDM Principal Designer must be appointed for any project that is notifiable to the HSE or any project involving more than one contractor. Our CDM consultants will be responsible for advising Clients how they can comply with their duties under the regulations. In addition to this, as part of the role, we ensure that the project is properly managed and competent Designers and Contractors are appointed.
