Lorraine Duncan – New Starter

We are pleased to welcome Lorraine to TMD as a Student Building Surveyor. Lorraine has developed a strong interest in the property sector through her studies and practical experience, with a particular focus on building maintenance, assessing building conditions, identifying defects, and recommending effective solutions.

Having gained valuable work experience in London, Lorraine has built a solid understanding of the building surveying profession and the wider property industry. Keen to continue developing her technical knowledge and practical skills, she is looking forward to gaining further experience across TMD’s diverse project portfolio and progressing her career within the built environment.
