Deavn Reehal – New Starter

We are pleased to welcome Deavn to TMD as a Building Surveyor. Since graduating from University College London (UCL) in 2023, Deavn has developed valuable client-side experience within the care home sector, supporting capital expenditure programmes and refurbishment projects from initial design and specification through to successful completion.

Eager to continue developing his skills and experience, Deavn is now working across TMD’s varied project portfolio while progressing towards chartership on the RICS Building Surveying pathway. His enthusiasm, commitment to learning, and ambition to build a well-rounded surveying career make him a valuable addition to the team.
