ABOUT:

Ralph joined TMD in January 2026 as a Building Surveyor. He graduated from the University of Reading in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and has since continued to expand his knowledge across both the public and private sectors.

Within the private sector, Ralph has focused on technical due diligence, including acquisition and vendor surveys, as well as reinstatement cost assessments. Within the public sector, he has supported the delivery of FRAEWs and building safety cases for higher-risk residential buildings in line with the Building Safety Act 2022.
