ABOUT:

Rafael joined the Architectural team as a Senior Architect in our London office in 2021, providing design insight, technical drawings, BIM coordination and 3D graphical support for TMD’s projects through all RIBA stages. Rafael led TMD’s transition to BIM Level 1, working on commercial, hospitality, educational and residential projects alongside TMD’s surveyors.

He was promoted to Architectural Lead in late 2023 and appointed Associate Director in 2026.

Prior to joining TMD, Rafael worked for different architecture practices in Spain before relocating to London, focusing on both residential and commercial projects. His responsibilities included project management, JCT contract administration, team coordination, and supervision.
