TMD was appointed by both the Dean in Chapter of Westminster Abbey and the Governors of Westminster School to act as an Agreed Surveyor in respect of evacuations and underpinning to facilitate the development of the Cellarium Café.

The works affected the 14th Century Grade 1 listed Abbey and School, both of which are situated on a World Heritage site.
