TMD acted for both landlord and tenant to undertake the combined Cat A and Cat B internal and external refurbishment of the 10,000ft2 office building.

The project included the replacement of all finishes, new reception, toilets and complete services renewal including a new DDA compliant lift.

Works were completed on time and below budget.
