TMD acted as project managers with respect to refurbishment of the malls and centre management suite, installation of new external signage and the internal refurbishment of various units.

Works were in the value of approximately £400,000

The shopping centre remained open throughout, with all internal works to the malls taking place out of hours.

TMD has also acted on behalf of the landlord in respect of various dilapidations claims at the shopping centre.
