TMD was appointed to undertake the project management, contract administration and cost management of the fit out of a new flagship Rolex store in Candy & Candy’s One Hyde Park development.

TMD managed both the base build works undertaken by a UK based contractor and the fit out by a specialist Swiss joinery contractor to Rolex’s requirements, as well as specialist security works including the installation of a new vault.

Works were undertaken within a 10 week programme to meet the deadline of store opening over the Easter weekend.
