TMD acted as Project Manager for the base build refurbishment and tenant fit out of part of the Lingfield Point North Light buildings (a space comprising approximately 40,000ft2) into air conditioned office space for use by Capita as a call centre.

The works included overhaul of the roofs and external elevations, strip out and complete replacement of the building’s MEP services, construction of new toilet blocks and installation of raised flooring and carpeting throughout.
