TMD was initially instructed to prepare a planned preventative maintenance schedule for the repair and maintenance of the 100,000 ft2 office building, over a 10-year period.

Subsequently, TMD was instructed to prepare a pre-acquisition building condition survey report on behalf of the building owner assist with the sale of the building.

Both instructions required specialist investigations and reports on key elements of structure and providing detailed advice and recommendations thereafter.
