TMD were appointed to undertake the role of Architect, Project Manager and Employers Agent for the Cat A+ refurbishment of the 2nd floor office at 95 Southwark Street.

The client brief was to refurbish the office space to a high standard incorporating modern finishes and provide an enhanced fit out to allow a ‘plug and play’ scenario for an incoming tenant.

Works included a full strip out of the existing finishes, adapting and refurbishing the M&E services, and creating a new layout to include an open plan office with meetings rooms, break-out spaces and collaboration areas.  The works also included feature lighting, lockers, a full suite of furniture and new on-trend finishes throughout.  The existing roof terrace was comprehensively refurbished to provide a contemporary external social space.
