Practical completion has been achieved at 28 Austin Friars following the refurbishment works.

This included providing new showers at lower ground floor level, refurbishment of office floors including linking ground and lower ground floors plus the refurbishment of the reception and toilets.

The building has been transformed to create modern office environment.

David Copsey and Joe Semple undertook the PM/EA/QS and Architectural roles on behalf of the building owner.

The Agent’s marketing event was well attended and TMD received very positive feedback.
