TMD undertook the role of Project Manager and Employer’s Agent of the Cat A+ fit out works for the 1st floor office at 100 St John St, Clerkenwell, London.

The client for the project is Lothian Pension Fund with Space Workplace Ltd appointed as the fit out contractor and Watkins Payne as the services consultant.

The project included a variety of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, Zoom rooms and contemporary finishes ready for a plug-and-play solution.

Works completed within budget and on programme ready for the incoming tenant.
