Park Street & Rex Place – External Repairs & Restoration

TMD are acting as Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant for the external repair and redecoration of this fabulous Grade II Listed building in the heart of Mayfair.

Works include stone cleaning/repairs, roofing remedials and full decoration of windows. With practical completion of the works approaching, it will be great to see the building once the scaffolding is removed.
