TMD are delighted to be project managing the Cat A+ fit out works for the 1st floor office at 100 St John St, Clerkenwell, London.

The works are for Lothian Pension Fund and we are working with Space Workplace as the fit out contractor. The project shall include a variety of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, Zoom rooms and contemporary finishes ready for a plug and play solution.

The proposed works have recently started and a tenant has already been secured for the demise. Please see the proposed CGI’s for the fit out.
