ABOUT:

Matthew joined TMD’s Oxford office in 2025 as a Graduate Building Surveyor, having completed his BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying at Oxford Brookes University.

During his studies, Matthew developed a strong interest in heritage conservation and refurbishment projects, which he explored through placements and academic research. He supported the delivery of various projects, including work on listed buildings.

Matthew was awarded a CIOB Scholarship in 2023, which enabled him to carry out international research into construction methods in Europe.

He is now working towards chartership through the RICS APC pathway and is looking forward to gaining broad experience across TMD’s portfolio of projects.
