ABOUT:

Mark Garbutt joined TMD in 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor, achieving his Chartership in 2022 and has enjoyed working on a diverse range of buildings across differing sectors, delivering schemes acting as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer. Mark’s expertise extends further to provide various Building Surveying services including Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Design & Specification and Works Monitoring.

Prior to TMD, Mark has gained respectable experience in the commercial sector acting as Employers Agent delivering £300k - £1.5M CAT-A & CAT-B office fitout projects.

Mark also has 18 months of hands-on site experience, in Australia, building the Sydney Metro Curved Cable-stayed Skyrail Bridge, where he specialised in concrete construction and working at heights.
