ABOUT:

Lorraine joined TMD in August 2026 as a student building surveyor with a growing passion for the property sector and building surveying profession. Through her studies and practical experience, she has developed a strong interest in building maintenance, assessing building conditions, identifying defects, and recommending appropriate solutions.

Having gained valuable work experience in London, Lorraine has developed an excellent understanding of the property industry and the role of a building surveyor. She is keen to continue expanding her technical knowledge and practical experience as she progresses her career within the built environment.

Lorraine is a Student Member of the RICS and holds CIOB membership, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and the surveying profession.
