ABOUT:

Lily Chadburn-Cooke joined the Oxford team in autumn 2025 as a Graduate Building Surveyor, following the completion of her BSc (Hons) in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University.

During her studies, she developed a strong interest in Building Surveying, which she explored through a range of work experience placements in London and Oxford, gaining exposure to a variety of project types.

She is committed to furthering her professional development by contributing to significant projects within the Oxford office and is working towards achieving Chartered Surveyor status via the RICS pathway.
