ABOUT:

Liam joined the TMD London team in 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor having previously worked for Knight Frank in Sheffield and Workman in Newcastle. He began his surveying career in 2015 and achieved chartered status in 2017. In early 2025 Liam was promoted to Associate Director where he continues to lead on projects and provides a key contribution to the company.

Liam specialises in Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations and Pre-Acquisition Surveys.

He has worked extensively in the commercial office, retail and industrial sectors including work on historic buildings on projects ranging in size and value.
