Kieron’s key areas of expertise include Contract Administration, Project Management, Specification Writing, and Defect Diagnosis and Reporting, with a particular focus on project-led work. Kieron has delivered an extensive variety of schemes, regularly managing projects of multi-million-pound value.

Kieron is recognised for his ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both clients and contractors. He is committed to providing clear, practical advice, ensuring effective outcomes and a high standard of service throughout the project lifecycle.
