ABOUT:

Deavn joined TMD in July 2026 as a Building Surveyor. After graduating from UCL in 2023, Deavn gained practical client-side experience within the care home sector, supporting capital expenditure programmes and refurbishment projects from design and specification through to completion.

Deavn is now working towards chartership on the RICS Building Surveying pathway and already busy gaining valuable experience across TMD’s project portfolio.
