TMD are delighted to be working with DTZ Investors on Denmark House, Farringdon. This is a Grade II listed former warehouse, built in 1878. TMD are providing Architectural, Project Management and Employer’s Agent services to refurbish the existing residential apartments. We are delighted that Practical Completion has been achieved for the refurbishment of the 90,000ft2 distribution warehouse as part of a pre-let to the incoming tenant for our client. Works include over-spraying of the elevations, replacement roof lights, and cleaning of the roof together with a full internal refurbishment of both the warehouse
