TMD Building Consultancy are delighted to confirm Practical Completion was achieved last month for the refurbishment works at 1 Suffolk Way on behalf of RO Real Estate. The works included the extension of the ground floor office and refurbishment of the common parts, toilets, reception area, main entrance and repairs to the exterior.
