Rose Lymar – New Starter

TMD are delighted to welcome Rose to our London Building Surveying team!

Rose recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is excited to build on her knowledge and experience within the industry.

During her placement year, she gained valuable experience across both the public and private sectors, working in roles such as Building Surveyor, Project Manager, and Contract Administrator. She has also had the opportunity to work on a wide range of buildings, including listed properties.

Rose is now looking forward to continuing her professional development with TMD and starting her APC journey. Welcome aboard, Rose!
